I decided to start using Heather as my business coach after a close friend, Becky Lauridsen, referred her. She spoke so highly of her, and I thought Heather would be a good fit. Boy was I right! I started coaching because I want to write a book. I needed someone to meet with me on a regular basis, to motivate and guide me toward completing a single task, one step at a time. It couldn’t be just anyone. This person would have to have that certain “something”, that certain “chemistry” that awakens my spirit. I heard Heather speak on a number of occasions, and was enamored by her poise, knowledge of the subject she was addressing, and her professional demeanor. She had that certain “something.”
I chose Heather because I wanted to get serious about writing. I knew she could help me focus, hold me to high standards, and provide helpful hints to accomplish my goal. She has a very calming effect on me. I need someone like her to corral my energy and direct it toward my writing. I knew her and I would be a perfect match. Our devotion to family is very important to both of us. That was a huge factor in choosing Heather. I admire how her and her husband, Rob, have raised their four children. She is active in their lives, makes herself visible, and approachable in our community, and the church we attend.

I started coaching because I desired accountability as I pursued becoming the woman I was created to be!
